Terms of registration

The event is open to everybody !

Registration includes access to oral presentations and posters throughout the conference. Although the event is entirely free, only registrants will receive a unique and personal login link.

How to register:

Registration will be open from 07/03/22 until 27/06/22.

You have to register online on this website.

To do so, you can connect via your Sciencesconf account or Hal if you have one. Otherwise, you must first create an account ("Connection" tab on the top right) and then connect.

Your personal data asked for your registration will be kept until one month after the event. These data will be used and kept visible only by the organizing committee. It will be processed exclusively for archival purposes.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, all registed member can ask to have access to their personal data for whether correction, modification or removal by sending an email to cbso2022@sciencesconf.org

Active participation is saved for young researchers

How to submit your abstract:

PhD students and post-docs can submit an abstract to apply for an oral communication (15min+5min discussion), a flash talk (3min) or a poster. Postgraduate (master’s) interns can also submit an abstract or a poster but won’t be eligible for the grants.

The organizing committee asks their participants to prepare their slides for oral communications and flash talk in English. The oral presentation can be done whether in English or French.

The Posters must be in English as well.

The abstract submission must be done following this template : Template abstract CBSO2022. Participants are also asked to submit their abstract as a pdf file, respecting the requested template.

Deadlines:

- Conferences : June 30th and July 1st 2022

- Registration opens : March 7th 2022

- Registration closes : June 23rd 2022

- Abstract submission deadline for oral communications : May 13th 2022

- Abstract submission deadline for posters and flash talks : May 31st 2022
